To drive sales and create brand loyalty for ZENB, we rapidly gained a deep understanding of the market and different audience segments, creating a data-led plan to inform the various workstreams ahead of launch. With many executions requiring last-minute changes due to the evolving circumstances of the pandemic, our team was forced into its agile, adaptable best, ensuring the launch went off without a hitch and that ZENB’s customers’ needs remained at the forefront of the campaigns.

We clearly adjusted our launch tactics recognising that it would take a while before consumers would spend significant time outside of their homes. As such we’re leaning on digital tactics to start, and planning for bigger launch, sampling and more experiential events later.

Creating a brand identity to engage a new audience

Our full-scale digital partnership with ZENB includes content strategy, advertising messaging, campaign creative, product design, customer relationship management and data reporting. Using test & learn and agile methodology, we ensure every part of the ZENB ecosystem has maximum impact on current and prospective customers. Most recently we delivered the “Start your taste adventure” campaign, providing full creative for their television and digital display advertising which promotes their latest product range, ZENB Veggie Bites.
