Our pioneering work for BOXT has received yet more recognition, winning the New Brand award at The Marketing Society’s Excellence Awards last night. It’s the seventh in a series of industry wins for our work that has helped the online start-up revolutionalise the home heating sector.
The Excellence Award judging panel of senior marketers, including leaders from Diageo, Mars, Tesco, John Lewis and others, recognised the outstanding commercial success, customer insight and creativity that we delivered for BOXT.
We built a digital platform that distils the usual two-week process of arranging a new boiler into a two-minute interaction on a mobile phone, and backed up the tech with stylish branding and an ATL campaign including a TV spot and national newspaper ads. Within a year, BOXT had become the second-biggest installer of boilers in the UK.
