'Bridging the customer experience gap' is produced by Econsultancy in partnership with Zone and Cognizant. It's based on interviews with C-suite executives at leading brands as well as separate surveys of consumers and businesses.
It's the largest survey of UK marketers ever undertaken by Econsultancy. The results reveal six critical customer experience gaps that UK brands must address.
The CX50 list was compiled in partnership with Marketing Week through first-hand research. It highlights and celebrates UK customer experience professionals excelling in their field.
The individuals were benchmarked on three key criteria - innovation, influence and impact - by an advisory board comprising editorial team members from Econsultancy, Design Week, Creative Review as well as Marketing Week.
